A. Copier rentals include all service, supplies, and parts. (Except paper unless agreed)
Q. What type of rental agreements do you have?
A. Equipment Rentals can customize a rental program to fit your specific needs, from one day to as long as you need it!
Q. Is there a minimum rental charge?
A. Yes, there is either a one day or one month minimum rental charge. If you use the copier for less than the designated plan, your cost will be for the minimum period. If you use the copier for more than the minimum rental period, your final usage will be prorated.
Q. How fast will your technician respond to our service problem?
A. Our technician will call you immediately after receiving your service call. Thanks to digital copier technology, many times the problem can be fixed over the telephone. If we find that we need to come to your office for service, we will be there in 2-3 hours.
Q. What if I need to upgrade my equipment?
A. We understand that as your business grows, so do your business needs. Upgrading your equipment is no problem.
Q. How soon can I expect my copier(s) once I've decided what I need?
A. Although there are times we can deliver the same day, we can guarantee delivery the next day.
Q. What areas do you service?
A. We effectively service mainland United Kingdom.
Q. Do you offer short and long term rentals?
A. Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and month-to-month rentals.
Q. Can I get same day delivery?
A. Yes, our large inventory enables us to deliver your equipment when you need it. Most local deliveries can be same day.
Q. Can I get a weekend delivery or pickup?
A. Yes, we offer delivery and pickup service 7 days a week.
Q. What if my equipment breaks down on the weekend?
A. No problem. We have personnel available on weekends to assist you with your equipment.
Q. If my equipment breaks down, what is your response time?
A. We stand behind our commitment to our customers to offer the most outstanding service in the industry. Our response time is 4 hours or less. If for any reason we cannot repair your equipment, we will replace it within 24 hours.
Q. Can I get same day delivery?
A. Yes, our large inventory enables us to deliver your equipment when you need it. Most local deliveries can be same day.
Q. What type of rental agreement do you have?
A. There is no long term contract or lease to sign. We offer month-to-month, week-to-week or daily rentals.
Q. If I rent my equipment, is there an option to buy?
A. Yes. We rent with the option to buy, and also sell new and refurbished equipment as well.

A. Yes, service contracts include all parts, service, and supplies.
