I guess that when you are operating in a customer service industry being noticed is a measure of how well you are doing your job. Equipment Rentals have been providing document handling machinery and servicing for Belcom Cables Ltd for probably 10 years or more and I haven't noticed.
Don't get me wrong. That is a good thing!
We want scanners to scan, copiers to copy and printers to print, if they don't it is a problem and the longer they don't, the bigger the problem. We can comfortably say that the professional service that Equipment Rentals has provided us has ensured we don't encounter these problems, and that will do for us nicely!
