Photocopier Leasing
Leasing equipment is an easy way to avoid your office equipment becoming out-dated, which is a major concern for some companies. Leasing not only allows businesses to obtain printers with low upfront costs, it also helps preserve credit. Many small businesses have limited access to credit and want to avoid using it whenever possible; leasing equipment is one way to do that.
When a company leases printers, there is no resale or disposal hassle. Leasing is also convenient because most equipment providers offer maintenance plans, which can be included in the lease itself or paid for separately.

Photocopier Rental
If your start-up business is so new that it is unable to obtain credit, rental may be the best and only choice available to you. At Equipment Rentals we do not require credit checks, or leave credit footprints. This allows us to create totally unique rental agreements with you, for which you have total flexibility built in. In our 25 years of service in this industry we have never refused a genuine rental proposal.
To get started with our equipment hire, we simply require 3 months refundable rental deposit.
After that, we require payment for the rental via standing order and 3 months notice to terminate your rental agreement at any point after the initial 3 months.
Field calls are allocated using our in-house “field software” solution that securely transfers all field work directly to the secure tablet device of one of our technicians prior to the start of the day, and during the day when appropriate.
We will always do our best to accommodate any specific time request you may have. Field technicians have access to all relevant material required for the activity including technical manuals, parts orders/lists, any site access issues or restrictions and customer special requests.
